If someone buys an app in the asset store he can download the app at anytime forever or he has to pay again for a new version of the app?
Updates are free as long the author is publishing the updates for the same entry.
You buy the Assets for your account and can re download as often as they like.
(For editor extensions there are seat limitations)
It’s also stored locally on your machine.
