Question about exporting to Windows Phone

Hi.
Does anyone have a tutorial on how to build a project so that it’s possible to give it to someone with a windows Phone so that they can test it?

I managed to build it to a folder and open it with Visual Studio 2012 Phone edition but when I press build I can’t see any real changes other than the visual studio project folder’s size get’s increased from 350 MB to 450MB.
