Hello guys i recently build a game which is at pegi 3 according the questionmark from google,(i am using unity ads) now if i exclude 13+ ages on unity platform am i ok with that? or i will rejected?
If your game is marked as safe for kids under age of 3, I would think you should select “Do not show ads rated 5+” (our lowest category) in Unity Ads dashboard?

Hi. I Have the same question. My game is Pegi 3 as well but I don’t know if I should show unity ads for everyone or only for kids aged 3.

@gabrielbenito - did you manage to resolve this with Unity Ads?
I have a game aimed at young kids, as part of the Google Play “Designed For Families” initiative but currently any updates are blocked as there’s possible sensitive ads. I haven’t linked the Unity Ads to the game fully as the game is still in open beta and unreleased - hence can’t link up the Dashboard to the app.
Seems a bit of a chicken and egg scenario. Can’t publish app as ads not suitable but can’t link safe ads as can’t publish game :-S
