With the personal edition of Unity, can I create a game wich will have more then one server with 5 to 10 rooms and many peoples playing (more than 50). If Yes, how can I do it?

Unity has a built in networking API, and has optional integration with a pay for what you use service that helps with network lobbies and connecting players. There are 3rd party alternatives with various pros/cons vs the Unity solution. Photon is the most popular of these 3rd party alternatives.
