Question about standard assets

Where is the new standard asset package for Unity 2019.3?

That asset package throws up errors and would not work when I tried using it.
I did specify Unity 2019.3.

This is the only one though. The standard assets are no longer offered anywhere else.

If it does not work it is not an option.
