I got the free iOS and Android Add-ons during the April 2012 campaign and recently I decided to buy the educational Unity Pro License.
Can I upgrade my free add-ons (paying the US$ 125) to use with my educational 4.0 Pro license or will I have to get them by full price again?

If you log into your account on the store, it’ll tell you how much upgrades will cost you.
I think my question was a little misleading. What I really meant was: is the simple mobile add-on (not the pro mobile add-on) compatible with unity pro?
Yes, you can use Android/iOS basic with Unity Pro. You can even bake navmeshes and occlusion and they carry over.
