Hi there guys
i know this is a max related question, but it is also very closely related to unity materials. How can I let the diffuse colors I apply in my 3ds max materials take effect in my fbx file and hence in Unity? This also apply to noise textures etc.

Textures should automatically show up on your materials in Unity (Assuming you saved your files in the proper directories). Everything else about the material needs to be set up in Unity. Transparency, normal, spec, base color, etc.

what I meant was “built-in” textures in Max, not image textures. For example if I choose a noise type material, it doesn’t show in unity…
