Is this UNITY for web games only or u can make PC Games like Doom 3,Half life 2 and so on ?
You can make web, mac, pc, iphone, wii games and with the release of unity 3 there will be ps3 and xbox360 support too.

To make a standalone windows build, you do indeed choose Windows Standalone in the build settings.

for installation you need to use a software that allows you to make installers like Inno Setup
