Hi

I downloaded the weapons package and watched the tutorials in your website.

The problem is that my player is not sprinting. I added “Sprint” in the Input and put a key to it but still he is not sprinting.

any idea?

Hi,

Sprint is actually controlled by Fire3… The instructions for setting up the input keys are on the initial setup link at http://www.dastardlybanana.com/FPSConstructorWeapons.htm

I’ve copied them below.

Go to Edit–>Project Settings–>Input and add five new Inputs

  • Reload: Positive Button = r
  • Crouch: Positive Button = c
  • Pickup: Positive Button = tab
  • Store: Positive Button = escape
  • escape: Positive Button = escape

Next change the positive button of Input “Fire3” to be “left shift” (this is the
sprint key)
