Quick Question about using Angry Bots Art Assets

Hi I’m making a TBS toolkit and I’m planning on selling it around 20-50 dollars(US) on the asset store. I’m at the point where I need art just to show how things work because grey boxing is not the best for examples(My opinion). Would It be ok to use some of the Angry Bots Art Assets and still sell the Toolkit on the asset store. I would put a disclaimer. I’m a programmer with no art talent at all :(.

I do remember seeing some assets on the store such as the one below uses the unity animations but there selling it. There is a difference between animations and actual models though.
