Some of the stuff i really want feedback on is the gameplay, but if you got other feedback, ideas or comments i really want to hear them too.
please remember that this is still in prototyping, so the models isn’t the best
I like this, but it seems that when you move into one of your teammates afterwards your character just falls to his face. theres no way of getting back up, but then you can just bounce around on the floor like a fish until you get into a battle.
I pressed B and suddenly mi char fall to the floor (after kill every enemy).
I don’t know what feedback i can give you because the game needs more work… =/
The characters shouldn’t be able to fall down anymore.
There is still some bugs, and I’m working on it.
If you see any bugs please tell me.
Now I will begin working on some basic archers and continue on bugfixing.
I’m thinking of adding an third unit, but im not sure if I should keep the game medieval and add some horsemen or catapults or should I make it fantasy and add some magicians? what do you think?
@BeDo, thanks for the comment! I’m working on making the player able to move around while in combat mode, and if the player walks too long away from the target, the combat mode will be cancelled and the player can move freely again.
I will update the webplayer soon with the new version!
@Butlertron, thanks! Yes, the idea was to make an Risk type of game, and when you attack or get attacked, the game would change scene to an war type of game just like Mount and Blade, where you fight your own battles.
Tweaked targeting system: now if archers gets attacked by swordmen, they will draw there sword and change their target to the attacking swordman
Player is now able to move forward/backward in combatmode: so if the player moves too long away from his target, the combatmode will be deactivated and the player can move around freely again
Arrows doesnt disapear after hitting its target, but instead stays on the target
BattleSetting system: loads the army and places them in formation and starts the battle
BattleSetting GUI for testing: you can set the army size for both armies
