RAM or Processor

I’d like to know how much RAM or time Unity uses right after hitting te test button.

My PC isn’t that good so I want to buy a new one.
While doing the tutorial of the Space Shooter it took some time after I hit the test button. I’d like to know what to look for to load a little less.

Get 8gb at minimum with best CPU and GPU you can afford. Simple. 8GB isn’t necessary but it really helps when you’re doing massive stuff. I use 16 personally. Unity uses around a few meg if nothing is imported.

If you need to know, open task manager and find out. It will be different for everyone.
