You should learn blender. Doing a ramp is a basic activity in a modelling package. Empower yourself because skateboard games must be just about on the bottom end of the spectrum of what most people make assets for.
In the day it took you to wait for assets you would have learned how to do them in blender, so why not give it a shot?
