Random errors and package manager issues

Every once in a while, seemingly randomly, errors like these will pop up…

I’ve done all the normal troubleshooting. I have no internet issues with any other programs. My windows defender firewall is set up to allow all Unity programs. Also some of my assets are missing from My Assets in the package manager. Particularly Odin and Rewired. If I hit refresh on the package manager I get “Error fetching pacakges, see console” but nothing is added to the console. I get these issues when I’m using 2019.4.9f1 or 2020.1.8f1. (Haven’t tested other versions)

When I’m using 2020.1.8f1 I get a bonus issue. If I search online and find the asset that is missing and click “Open in Unity”, it… sort of works. It allows me to download and import, but in this version it pops up with an error at the top in red saying I might not own the asset (even though I definitely do own it). It says to check the console for more info but there is nothing in the console. In any version if I hit refresh on the package manager, Odin and Rewired disappear again.

Okay, I figured out that the missing assets issue was because I had at some point in the past hid those assets. Once I unhid them it fixed. I still get the console errors though.
