Random huge Physics.Proccesing spikes

Unity 2018, 2019, 2020LTS produces huge random Physics.Processing spikes that are not reproducible on Unity versions before Unity 2018.4.0.

Reproducible on:
Unity 2018.4.29f1

Not reproducible on:
Unity 2017LTS

A device used for testing: iPhone 6S.
Sometimes this issue is very severe, for example on iPhone 5S:

This issue (or a similar one) was reported on a few threads and bug reports, just search for “unity 2018 physics spikes”.

This issue maybe could be reproduced on other platforms as well but I didn’t test them.
