Random lag spikes in Unity Editor 2022.3.4f1

Hello. Im creating simple FPS project in Unity 2022.3.4f1.
Im using laptop Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H, CPU: Ryzen 7 5800H, GPU: RTX3060, RAM: 16 Gb.
Project created with 3D URP template.
Im getting random lag spikes in Unity Editor. I made a build and looks like lag spikes appear only in editor. (No lags in build). Also I didnt face this problem in non-URP projects.
Im creating this project by youtube tutorial and dont see someone with that problem in comments.

Any suggestions to fix my problem?

Its so annoying, I cant work normally because of this.

I dont really know how to properly use profiler but…
I recorded lag spike in new empty URP project with only 3d primitives, mouse and player scripts.
Every frame I get 10-30 idle calls.
On frame with spike 20 idle calls but next after spike frame there is 163 calls

I saved .data log file, I can post it if needed.

I found out that EditorLoop takes 300 ms when lag spike appear.
Something happening in Application.UpdateScene → GUIUtility.ProcessEvent → Update Rendering → UIR.DrawChain → GC.Collect (259 ms)
