You can use it as a main character, as an enemy, a mount, a pet, or just random creature in your game. The animations use Generic Rig by default. They can be also converted to Humanoid Rig, to use Unity’s retargeting to other 2-legged dinosaurs. Of course you will get best results by retargeting all the animations in Maya, Motionbuilder or 3ds max, or skinning your dinosaur to the skeleton from this package, if you want the animations on a different dinosaur.

Web Player

The included controller requires PlayMaker, but the model, the animations and Mecanim graph don’t. You can use them without PlayMaker.

Along with the 5-stage LOD character model and animations you get a PlayMaker character controller (you can see it in the upper left corner in the video). You can just drag and drop prefabs to your level to construct a TPP exploration/fighting game with climbing, swimming, diving and fighting.

Animations cover:

-walking
-running
-jumping
-swimming
-diving
-climbing
-fighting
-deaths
-eating
-digging
-sleeping
-pushing obstacles
and more.

Read HowToInstall.txt in the package folder for controller installation instructions.

Great work. Hope to see more creatures, animals and so on… Now as you mentioned mount. Saddle would be cool
Horses in such a quality with different colors would be really great as well. With wings and horn as additional options as interchangeable mane, tails and yeah colors… Just an idea what could be there next. Also propably bear, wolf, more dinos and other creatures. Ah whatever will be created I’m sure it would look great.

For this one I hope for some more additional color options as already mentioned in the other thread.

@Kubold - You were finally able to book that raptor in the mocap studio huh!

Excellent animations, and the mesh and textures are top notch also.
