Ratings Certificates

Has anyone been through the process of applying ratings and certificates to their games for Windows Store?

My game was rejected with the following message:

As someone who has only ever released games on iOS, this is all a bit new and seems very complicated. Is there any sort of silver bullet to get this stuff sorted out?

I guess it works for Windows Store apps similar as for Windows Phone apps.
For WP8 I used the documentation here: Microsoft Learn: Build skills that open doors in your career

In Microsoft’s documentation there are links where you can fill out some online forms. You have to answer some questions about your game. After submitting the data you will immediately receive the certificates and you can add it in MS Dev Center.

If I remember correctly for my Windows Phone game I obtained a PEGI, an ESBR and a self-determined DJCTQ rating this way.

You can use this site for PEGI ratings (which also cover Brazil if I recall):

http://apps.pegi.eu/Games/Submit

You get the rating immediately, so it’s very quick and easy.
