Raycast to Terrain

First, please excuse my english, it’s not my primary language.

I’m trying t chop down Terrain Trees, but I’m not able to get the real position of a tree. I was trying to use a Raycast, but that doesn’t worked. Then I was trying to get the position of the nearest tree, but it returned the same Position all the time. Has anyone an Idea why? Or do you have a script to do that? I’m using Unity 5.6.3p1 Personal.

I fixed now fixed it. I just had to change a value.
