Re-installed Google Play Games Plugin, but now I am missing the "Android Setup" selection

I re-installed the Google Play Games Plugin for Unity, (the official one from GitHub) but now I am missing the option “Android Setup”, which is supposed to be under Window > Google Play Games > Setup > Android Setup. My build settings are set for Android, I have the iOS setup panel but no Android setup panel.

I already tried re-installing the Android SDK, it didn’t change anything. If you know how to fix this, please let me know, I have been stuck on this for hours.

I’m still stuck. Does anybody know what the problem is or how I can fix it?

I have gone through pages of google, trying different search terms etc, no one seems to be missing this specific panel / figured out a way to fix it. Please help me out.

I just updated Unity to the latest version, and double checked that GooglePlayGames, Android SDK and the JDK are all up to date. Still not working.
