Re-licensing after motherboard replacement

I’ve been attempting to contact support on this since monday, but have so far received no response.

I recently had a motherboard replacement on my laptop, and now when I attempt to license it using my serial number, I receive an message on the registration page that the number is not valid. I have Unity installed on only one other computer, my desktop at home.

how can I go about getting the laptop’s copy running again?

I tried to see if I could find your email to support@unity3d.com or sales@unity3d.com and I can’t find anything using your name nor your email (as listed in your forum profile). Do you have a case number? If so then let me know and I’ll get right on it. Otherwise send me your serial number (PM or email) and I’ll get you sorted.
