Realistic ponytail, settings for physics, characterjoint etc

I posted this yesterday but its marked as deleted, and I don’t have the permissions to “undelete it”?

Could the mod who deleted it without explanation please bugger off and not delete this one?

What settings would developers suggest for the character joints and rigidbody on a physics based ponytail? I cant seem to get realistic looking movement. It tends to fly around with too much jerky movement. Ideally it would be fairly stiff but still a little reactive. Its a platted ponytail. The docs for the character joint are a bit hard to follow.

I would suggest using the Skinned Cloth component for what you’re trying to achieve.
