Really Blurry Texture On My Object

So, I made this level in 3ds max for my game, got the uv maps and made this texture map, the texture map itself may not be pretty, but the result looked great… At least in 3ds max it did. As soon as trying it in unity (After exporting to .FBX the to unity) The texture looked really blurry, and overall… Like crap. I’ve already tried saving as 24/32 bit BMP and a normal “excellent” quality jpeg from photoshop. I also tried to change the texture resolution, and changing it to truecolor mode instead. Here are some pictures from almost the exact same angle. Hope you can help.

As you can probably tell, the 3ds max shot is way higher quality.

try increasing the size in the import settings of the picture

What do you mean, if the texture map is 1024x1024, making it any larger would do no good?

The only thing I can come up with is that it may be the fact that I have a bump-map on my 3ds max one. Because whenever I try to use my 3ds max bump-map in unity is looks… horrible.
