Realtime extrusions/ post effects

Hello.
Not sure where to post this question so I posted here:
Ok, So I want to do realtime extrusion/contortions of meshes in game.

Im trying to create something similar to Fijuu.com
inside of unity.

I already have the realtime sound generation part taken care of with a UPD send and receive in both Unity and Max/msp. In its current state will just rotate and scale an object in Unity.

I want to do realtime extrusions and FX like in the fijuu videos with user control.
Any ideas?

What about realtime post FX though. like 2D filters over the camera and user triggerable GUI elements
