well, their videos look great, but if they write about 100fps, maybe just maybe they should mention the system specs… ![]()
Don’t know about this software specifically, but the Lightsmark real-time radiosity benchmark runs at over 150 FPS on my machine here at work.
I went to a talk by one of the guys there, they have this amazing (mind-blowing) math library that does all their quaternion maths in 5D, its amazingly fast. Its like using imaginary numbers and all the calculation for quaternions just end up as really fast add and subtract operations. Clever stuff.

They really dropped the ball on the “regular” video demo. Make sure you watch the one where the artist interactively messes with the lights. That shows the power much better.
Very impressive and exactly what a tool/engine like Unity should have. ![]()
