What’s the best way to record on Mac a game, which is played on an iPad, to be used later on to create a trailer? Thanks!
I use Reflection
It’s cheap, has a built in recording function you can add the frame too if you wish.

So this will allow you to record a video of high quality from whatever is showing on your iOS device? What about sound? Does it record that too?
