Redundant buttons, and some options users shouldnt have

I would like to provide some feedback on the new forum system.
Currently, each post has both an upvote/downvote option on the left and a separate “like” button on the right down.

In my opinion, having both options is redundant and can be confusing for users. The upvote/downvote system already allows users to express their approval or disapproval of a post. Therefore, I believe it would be more efficient and user-friendly to consolidate these features into a single voting mechanism.

Additionally, I noticed there are both “Add a comment” and “Answer” buttons. This setup is reminiscent of the old Unity Answers system and can lead to confusion regarding where to post follow-up questions or comments. Simplifying these interactions into a single option for replies would streamline the user experience.

Moreover, I saw that users “can (they cant but the buttons appears there)” edit or delete other users’ comments, which should not be possible.

I would restrict these actions to the original author of the comment and moderators would be an appropriate approach.

We are going to remove the vote option as most users don’t seem to like it

Cool, i already noticed most of the post in the forum doesn’t have the voting thing anymore, just my post for some reason hahaha How to access m_relativeVelocity when using the new ContactPair API only 4days ago posts have these
Sounds nice, is much more like the old forum, I also noticed the “comment” feature isn’t available in most posts, its also being removed?

So voting and comment are from when we migrated answers voting is going we need to think and get feedback on the comment before we remove
