I think by now you can try some 3rd-party solutions for URP, or simply switch to HDRP. (lowing down some settings)
I’m not sure if URP SSR can be satisfying for your project as it’s a screen space effect. (may require deferred to support rough reflections)
But in the future (with no ETA), it’s said that there’ll be better reflection probe controls in URP. (read this )
