Refund of Asset Store order

Hi everyone,

I bought an asset from the Unity Store last week which doesn’t work very well. Where can I request a refund of this order?

You contact the asset store publisher, from whom you purchased the asset. You must provide your purchase invoice number and ask him/her for a refund. The publisher should then forward your request to the Asset Store Team and they will issue a refund.
