hello guys i just bought an asset at the moment but it’s not working. 0% of it it’s a crap. are there any function to refund an asset?
Contact the author, and be polite.
Also it’s reasonably likely that it actually is working, and that you need to read the docs. Unity has a review process where they reject apps that don’t work, though it’s not 100% effective (e.g. older assets that used to work in old versions of Unity might no longer work in Unity 5). You should communicate with the author before asking for a refund.
