Regarding UX adjusting/additions in 2019.3 (and beyond) [ UX Staff ]

Hello,
I am grateful to see changes to the editor UX after so many years!
I have recently returned to use Unity, and having worked in technical3D for 16 years now, I find the editor UX to be a struggle of tiring proportions. Hence the UX update work is very welcomed!!!

Having said that…
I would like to submit dozens of UX ideas for changes…and if that’s not possible to have taken seriously… perhaps I can ask where/if/how I’d be able to add functionality to the Editor (current Editor. not Bitbucket UI repo from last year).

Anyhow, as for light and general listing;
• Can we get the window maximize to be found outside of the right click context menu and placed into a button in the tabbed window somewhere ? hotkeys are ok, but this is about better UX.
• Right clicking UI titles for resetting number values, or clearing the data. The right click→ context menus have to go away wherever possible(my opinion). Right Clicks should be mostly used for direct actions, and as few context menus as possible.
Rt-click→ Context Menu → Drill to choice in menu… repeat. … … … …UGH. hard-ugh.
Sure context menus are needed, but used sparingly. Currently they are over used.
• Can the popup dialogs (example: color picker) be placed over the spot we click in the UI to create the color picker @ [screenposition : mouse.pos] instead of at [screenposition : 0,0 ] ? … it would be nice for mouse position to be used in EVERYTHING UX related. It would be nice if the mouse was taken more seriously in the workflows(aka: mouse tools (screen space UX handling, vector visualizing/tracking, onion skinning, mouse tool mode controlling for active states of UI-control systems ))… but for now, I’d settle with not needing to move my mouse across the screen too much, and deep-clicking for basic actions. Moving my mouse back and forth and removing the extra hundreds of poitnless clicks needed due to bad UI design… would…be…brilliant.

I’d enjoy knowing how to get involved in UI/UX changes. (I would probably change most of it if I have the time.)
I don’t mean to sound rude but I’m sure we all think that the 2019.2 UX and before… forced too much wasted time.

Thank You.
Don’t hate me for what I wrote… I’m not saying the old UX devs were bad people… times change, things evolve, that’s all.

@UX-Staff; feel free to email me directly.
Cheers and Happy Holidays to everyone!
