REGRESSION: 2022 URP quest link stutters, all other versions are ok

in 2022 when you connect to the Q2 and press play you get 5 fps on a good day.
2020: zero problem 90fps solid

Thanks, QA is unable to repro.
I’ll stick to 2020 until I need the new mesh API.
