[Release!] Audio Sync Pro [-50%]

I’m happy to announce the release of Audio Sync Pro!

Easily make your game respond to sound! Whether it be through dynamic audio effects or precisely timed events, Audio Sync Pro gives you an intuitive way to elevate how you use audio in your project.

Audio Sync Pro Includes the Following:

  • Audio Timeline
    • View a complete timeline of your audio, directly in the Inspector.
    • Place Event calls at precise moments in your timeline, letting you time game events exactly to your audio.
      • Events support multiple paramaters, letting you trigger more complex behaviours with ease.
  • Audio Reaction Effects
    • Easily create dynamic audio reactions in your game. Whether it be lights, particles, or transforms, you can make anything react to sound!
    • 20+ Reactor Components, with more to come! Please Consult the Documentation for a full list.
  • Easy Audio Preview
    • Play, pause, and stop your audio directly in the inspector, and see the your Reaction Efects play out, all without needing to go to Play Mode.
  • Compatibility
    • WebGL does not currently support beat detection, but is otherwise supported.

Note: This is a new tool, and, while thoroughly tested, not all use cases may be accounted for. I am committed to promptly fixing any issues and continuously improving your experience. Please consult the Documentation for more information

Big thank you to everyone who has purchased and provided feedback since release, it means a lot!

  • Beat Reaction Refinement (Existing users will need to adjust their Beat Reactions)
    • General overhaul of spectrum analysis. Audio spectrum is now more accurate in beat detectors, allowing users greater control over which frequencies to focus on.
  • Additional Functionality:
    • Audio Reactors now support changing their AudioSourcePlus during runtime, enabling multi-scene workflows and audio/music managers to work.
    • precomputedRMSValues are now public, for users wishing access to the pre-baked audio data.
  • Quality of Life:
    • You can now add Audio Reactions to Audio Reactors without assigning their AudioSourcePlus variable first - useful for multi-scene workflows.

Some BIG updates!

  • Reactor Component:
  • Larger reaction categories are now divided into subcategories “Beats” And “Volume”, to help with readability.
  • I’ve added a custom List Drawer for Beat Reactors, to extend support for Unity 2021.
  • You are now able to Copy/Paste Reactor components in full, carrying over their reactors as you’d expect.
  • Audio Timeline Markers:
  • I’ve added an ID system to Markers, so that they should now properly rebind your marker events when you load Marker Profiles.
  • AnimationClip Syncer
  • I’ve added an optional addon that can be installed from the “Extra Utilities” folder. This addon allows you to make/modify AnimationClips in your projects to include the timeline Markers you’ve added in your audio timeline.
