Hey guys gals,
I decided to give a shot at the Asset store, and thankyou for taking the time to take a peek at it.
Version 1.4
Sooo the unity engine was updated and was thrilled to see PBR being supported. While testing the Unity decided I would too update my package to the new pipeline
That being said the changes are; Texture overhaul ( in other words next-gen ), 4 tileable pbr materials and new assets to go along with it.
Version 1.3 ( The old look )
The package that is been provided contains:
Longcase clock, Television, Radio, Sofa, Television Dressoirs, Tables ( big and small ), 3 Rugs and Sofa Chesterfield. These assets are ranging from 50-850 triangles and have 512x512 diffuse, specular and normal maps in PNG format.
Update:
Decided to remaster my textures for Unity 5 and will release soon!
May 4 2015 - Update 2:
The package has been released, any feedback/criticism is more than welcome and most of all enjoy the new look
it’s nice but if you would like to help developers and keep them satisfied with the content per buck ratio, you make more variations of interiors. Look at it that way: one room is not enough for a game.
but for example the sofa is reusable in other environments. if you’d have more variations of electronics like modern tv set, laptop, hifi etc, a couple chairs, tables, and so on - some cases just a different texture will do - you could build a number of interiors sets (office, modern interior, lobby, waiting room, cafe) with the assets
Thanks for the input, I do agree with you.
That’s why I have provided simple old/modern package, that would not collide or restrict the developers with all ready existing assets in their game and it was never meant to be an all-round package, maybe I made a mistake, dunno but if it sells any, the plan is to make more packages.
