Option “enable shadows” on, there are very serious irregular shadows on the backlit objects, as shown in the picture. Is there any way to solve this problem?
Hi, on this sample sphere the Diffuse Softness has been set at 0.1, which causes the light to wrap further around the sphere. You can get rid of this shadow line by either setting Diffuse Softness to a value below 0, or disabling Receive Shadows on the object.
So if shadows are turned on and the Diffuse Softness value is greater than 0, there will be irregular shadows on the backlit side of the object, right? The rendering result with a Diffuse Softness value less than 0 is unacceptable to us, we also need shadows.
