Reliability of ISession Events vs. Lobby Events in Unity Multiplayer Services

In the Lobby, there are events available (Lobby events), but the documentation states that “Events can be unreliable and do not guarantee in-order delivery.”

For ISession in MultiplayerService, there are also events available (Interface ISession - Multiplayer Services v1.0.0). Are these events more reliable, or are the ISession events just a wrapper over the older Lobby events?
