Reloading Domains never ends

Hello,
Recently my Unity Editor is always crashing, it stays in “Reloading Domain” state for ever and the only way to solve this is to kill Unity with Task manager. Today I tried to leave it during my lunch break to check if it takes just a long time, but after 1h30 it was still reloading.

How to avoid that? I cannot work in this condition, because it happens after each compilation (except the first one), and even if I rerun my scene after some time without compilation. Since I have no error message, I do not know where to look and what to do.
