Viewing any post, the title at the top is a hyperlink which, when clicked, needlessly reloads the page. This shouldn’t be a hyperlink because it prevents us from selecting the post title text and quoting it.

As to copying: yes, you can somehow get to select text but it’s really awkward. You have to click outside the URL and drag into it, and with a bit of luck you get the text you want.
What browser are you using? I can select text from links just fine, doesn’t matter where I begin dragging.
I know you’d like this fixed here, but that’s something I would report to your browser’s issue page, as it doesn’t have to work that way.
My browser (Vivaldi) even has a setting for it (that must be on by default):
