I am trying to remove the Unity web player install now Icon from my web player build, when the web player is not installed on a system.

Read the docs then. The example shows how you can set up a page that installs Unity if it’s not found. The missing class has the URL to the image which is displayed. Just change the image. This is basic HTML coding, I think.
