Remove Video Skip Button

In my final game build, is there a way I can remove the Skip button from the video ad, forcing the user to view the whole video before closing.

Uncheck :
Allow video skipping after seconds (recommended: 5 seconds)
from your Monetization Settings .

Are you using normal videos ads or rewarded. Keep in mind rewarded videos has no option for skipping.
