Renaming Blendshapes inside Animation Clip

The animation clip created by the face capture uses a different naming convention than my current project. I want to be able to use the blendshape recordings and make them work on my characters.

Any efficient way to rename the properties inside of the clip?

Have you looked at the mapping support? Default Face Mapper | Live Capture | 1.0.1

That is, instead of changing the animation clip, add a mapping definition for FaceActor to use your blendshapes. (Full disclosure: I tried and failed, but others have tried and succeeded.)

Hi all, thanks for your replies.
So I wasn’t sure how to use the mapping definition to change the naming convention. What I did instead was copy the keys from the face capture clip to the other clip with the correct naming convention.

That works but I ran into another problem.

My project’s blendshape values range from 0-100, the face capture clip values are 0-1

Example: So let’s say face capture records jawOpen at a value of 0.5, if I copy that key value over to my project’s clip you would virtually see nothing. Instead of 0.5, it should be 50.
