RenderTexture artifacting help

HELP can’t figure this out

It artifacts in Unity Editor and on the iPad… ??

The whole screen there is being drawn by a RenderToTexture, there is no transparent space.

I’ve tried setting every imageformat type. Tried every depth bit type. Tried all clear flags… still artifacting.

I was not setting the alpha value on gl_FragColor in my GLSL fragment shader
