Replacing builtin shaders doesn’t work on exporting [solved]

Hi
I have tried to replace the builtin terrain shaders which works pretty well within the editor (unity 2.5.1, see: http://forum.unity3d.com/viewtopic.php?t=28053) I did so by following nicolas’ instructions: http://forum.unity3d.com/viewtopic.php?t=12979 but whenever exporting the scene (webplayer or standalone) it falls back to the original shaders…

Is there any workaround?
