Nice art! Though, I’m thinking your designs might look a bit dark against a black background (aka “space”). The outline of the second (hero?) ship is probably going to fall away in the dark. Perhaps add some lighter features on the perimeter?

Do the ships fit together?
Its not bad… but the lighting is wrong. You may be saving time by mirroring parts of the ship, but it flips the lighting direction. The light on the individual thrusters is okay, but then on the main ship the light is coming from directly on top of the ship and it kind of doesn’t look right.
Well, the kind of lighting I was going for was a source over the ships.

I like the design of the ships overall minus a couple exceptions.
The shading on the lighter colored ship looks alright, except for the stepped shading from light to dark is noisy/splochy.
On a smooth metal surface the shading should also be smooth with very little if any artifacts. I think this ship could be enhanced with some additional contrasting color (green). Maybe some blinky green lights on the engines, or some additional detail where the green could be placed. Nothing over the top, just a little more green on parts of the ship.
The light ship could also benefit from added hot highlights. A nice little 1 pixel highlight on the seams of the ship and where there is a planar angle change would make it look better.
On the blue ship - I think the purple doesn’t work on this one. It’s essentially 3 dark colors. Maybe lighten the purple and then add some hot highlights as mentioned above.
Also the front edge of the engines read pretty much flat. That area can easily be fixed by adding some detail or creating some kind of indented detail. The sides of the nose seem slightly bulbous, but ships come in all shapes and sizes.
The front edge of the nose of the blue ship looks jagged as well. That edge doesn’t follow pixel art line work standards, it may improve the look if it did.
