Just in case you are wondering I’m out. My current employment already involves authoritarian bosses and an anti fun culture. But there is a significant pay check attached.
You need post in collaboration forum and check rules there. Or if you are hiring, the commercial forum. This is for general discussion, not finding a team.

Sorry to disappoint, but I can keep my awesome life and my work life separated. My comedy has wrought destruction in the past, so I know not to use it where it can present danger. I’ve literally gotten a physical arm waving “what!?” (or other dramatic outburst) from people, occasionally resulting in the knocking of some fluids over and onto some electronics.
