Where exactly in the project folder should they go? And, is there any specific naming convention as is the case for the tiles and icon. I’ve read the documentation but can’t seem to locate where these screenshots should be placed. Thanks for the help if anyone has a minute to clear this up.
Go to your Microsoft developer account and when you are submitting your app there will be a place for you to put your screenshots.
Hi Hale, thanks for the response. That’s exactly what I did and received a message when the certification failed that no screenshots were included… hmm well I will re-submit and try again.

I used the ‘Open Store Test Kit’ under the project tab in Visual Studio 2013 prior to this submission. It showed me where to place the screenshots within the project itself in case anyone else runs into this issue. And as Hale said, I also uploaded into the windows 8 phone developer portal during app submission. Thanks again Hale.
