Retrieve the string when we click the text

Hi,

i have a trouble on the GUI functions. Actually i need to do the data retrieve functionality, in this i have a more than 10 lines gui text which is align by a number. when i select the 5th line that line text should be copy and when press the button ok
button that copied text should be write on my other GUItexture or somewhere in scene.

I dont know how to do this function. If anyone know please help me.

When you select the 5th line? What does this mean, are you using a TextArea in your OnGUI function/method? Or are they actually TextField’s and there are 10 of them? Can you post some code, you didn’t give much to go off of other then what you want to happen on some 5th line.
