Hi guys. Few weeks ago I was invited to particpate in some educational project. I did buy an asset that I commited into github repository. Than I was excluded from the project and access to project’s repo was revoked. My question is - is there a chance to revoke access to asset I bought? Thanx in advance and have a nice saturnday.
If you bought an asset, you should have it in your asset store library. And can use in many other your projects.
Also, depending on the licence, you may or may not share assets in the project with others, unless others have that asset too.
So be aware, in the case of breaking asset store eula.
Which was a breach of unity asset eula. You were not allowed to upload it to shared github, unless it was released under permissive license.
Likewise you can’t revoke the permission, because the project doesn’t have any in the first place. The asset in the repo is pirated.
Now, was it released under permissive license?
Generally speaking breaking license agreements leads to having the account locked.
