I am adding the ads to my game. Everything works well in test mode, everything is well configured (gameId and placementIds).
Only when I go to release I don’t have any ads, it tells me that I don’t have anything to fill (error message : “Placement receives no fill” in IUnityAdsLoadListener.OnUnityAdsFailedToLoad )
My ads are of type “Rewarded” and are well Active on my Unity Dashboard.
I tested with other identifiers (from another project from another organization) and it works. As if the settings of my organization or my project were wrong. Does this tell you anything?

To help your case, could you file a ticket and provide the following information?
- Game ID, Platform of this concern
- What device are you testing on?
- Your code responsible for handling Unity Ads
- Which Unity version are you using?
- What region are you testing Unity Ads from?
You can file a ticket through your dashboard.
Based on the given information, it might be related to your region. Could you turn on VPN and test your app?
