Only option i had in upgrades section was to enable upgrade from newer pack 2 to pack 1. Which i did. But basically that is rewarding only new clients with lower total price for bout packs. But what i wanted to do, and what was more logical to me is to make pack 2 cheaper for existing buyers of pack 1. And that option don’t seam to exists on the asset store. Or maybe i’m blind?

Is Pack 1 not appearing in the options for the Upgrade From dropdown? I’ve never seen that before… generally all available AND deprecated assets appear in that list…
I select pack 1, then pack 2 in second slot. Then i write down lower price for upgrade. Everything turns green. I click save, and this message pop up:
"An error has occurred.
The price of the package upgrading to must be higher than the price of the package upgrading from when doing a Lite Edition upgrade."
And when i try major version upgrade i can only select second slot. Next to first slot i have red exclamation mark (!) and nothing is selectable.
I can only make upgrades from newer packs to older packs.
I don’t seem to have the same restrictions. Note that major version upgrade can only be done after an asset is 1 year old.
One solution is to create a pack combined (pack 1 + pack 2) then make it cost more than pack 1. And finally create an upgrade from pack 1 to pack combined (and potentially also from pack 2 to pack combined).
